PRIVACY POLICY AND DECLARATION OF CONSENT

This Privacy Policy explains how Perform Investment Limited ("We", "Us") together with other companies within the Perform Group (which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries (the "Perform Group") use information we collect about you and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Unless separately defined herein, the defined terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of Use which can be found at https://my.dazn.com/help/terms.

By your use of the DAZN Service, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The DAZN Service may contain links to websites that are not operated by any member of the Perform Group. The third parties who operate these websites may collect data from you and share some of that data with us. We are careful when choosing our partners, sponsors, and affiliates, but we shall not be responsible for any misuse of your Personal Information (as defined below) by any third party. You should read the Privacy Policy posted on any third-party website that you use to confirm that the individual Privacy Policy is acceptable to you.

We process and store information about our users on servers located in a number of countries. Accordingly, we may share your information with other companies in the Perform Group in order to carry out the activities specified in this Privacy Policy. We may also subcontract processing to, or share your information with, third parties located in countries other than your home country. Your personal information may therefore be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS USE

When using the DAZN Service, you will be asked to provide us with information including your name, your primary home address, your email address, your payment details, your sporting preferences and your viewing intentions ("Personal Information").

Background to Collection of Personal Information
We, whether directly or through third party suppliers, will collect the Personal Information in a number of ways, including but not limited to:

• When you enter such information while using the DAZN Service;
• When you interact with our customer service team;
• When you participate in our surveys or marketing promotions;
• If you choose to provide information relating to reviews or ratings, favourite sports, tournaments, teams, events or personalities, and/or other subjects of interest to sports fans;
• In relation to your account settings;
• When you set preferences in the “My Account” section of our website;
• When you otherwise provide information to us through the DAZN Service or elsewhere.

Collection of Information
We, whether directly or through third party suppliers, will collect information regarding your use of the DAZN Service, including but not limited to:

• Your interactions with our website, applications and emails;
• Your Payment Method, including details of your payment country; payment type and the history of any failed/successful payments;
• Information regarding use of the DAZN Service. This information includes;
• Your activity on the DAZN Service, such as content selections, watch history (including location data) and search queries;
• Details regarding your interactions with customer services, including the date, time and reason for contacting us, transcripts of any chat conversations, and if you call us, your phone number, your name (as you provide it to us), the last 4 digits of your credit card, debit card or direct debit bank account or the obfuscated email address (if you use PayPal, your payment method for DAZN), and also the expiration date of your credit or debit card (if you pay for DAZN via one of these methods);
• Device IDs or unique identifiers, device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information, statistics on page views, referral URLs, ad data, IP address and standard web log information;
• Information collected via the use of Cookies, web beacons and other technologies. See our Cookies section below for more details;
• The language choices made by you in relation to your use of the DAZN Service which may include information relating to your location when using the DAZN Service;
• Any website that referred you to the DAZN Service, together with any online and email marketing campaigns related to the DAZN Service.

In order to purchase a subscription to the DAZN Service, download any content, take part in any other interactive feature of the DAZN Service, or receive information from us, such as newsletters or emails regarding upcoming events, you must register and provide accurate information about yourself when requested to do so when using the DAZN Service, as the DAZN Service may not work properly without such information.

Use of Personal Information
We may use the Personal Information you provide to us to do some or all of the following, in each case to the extent permitted by applicable data protection laws:

• personalise the DAZN Service for you (subject to your settings in the cookies section);
• recommend goods, services or promotions which may be of interest to you or contact you in order to conduct market research (but only where you have requested us to do so);

BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU EXPRESSLY GIVE CONSENT AND AUTHORISE US TO COLLECT, USE, STORE, PROCESS AND SHARE WITH OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PERFORM GROUP, AS WELL AS CERTAIN TRUSTED BUSINESS PARTNERS (INCLUDING RIGHTS HOLDER OF CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE), WHICH MAY BE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY OF YOUR RESIDENCE (INCLUDING COUNTRIES WHICH DO NOT PROVIDE THE SAME LEVEL OF PROTECTION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AS THE COUNTRY OF YOUR RESIDENCE), THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US BY YOU. IF YOU HAVE CONSENTED TO RECEIVING BUT NO LONGER WISH TO RECEIVE MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS WHICH DO NOT RELATE TO THE DAZN SERVICE, YOU CAN OPT-OUT AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING UNSUBSCRIBE AT THE BOTTOM OF ANY DAZN MARKETING EMAIL OR VIA THE MY ACCOUNT PAGE.

IF YOU DO DECIDE TO OPT-OUT OF RECEIVING INFORMATION, WE MAY BE UNABLE TO KEEP YOU INFORMED OF ANY OF OUR NEW PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR SPECIAL OFFERS THAT MAY INTEREST YOU.

2. SECURITY

We understand that the security of your Personal Information is important to you. When handling Personal Information, security is paramount and we seek to ensure that Personal Information is adequately protected. Your Personal Information is password protected, and any Personal Information you provide to Perform Group is protected from unauthorised disclosure by reasonable technological measures. However, some limited Personal Information provided to Perform Group is transmitted using unencrypted protocols.

Whenever in the course of sharing information we transfer personal information to countries outside your country of residence and other regions with comprehensive data protection laws, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by the applicable laws on data protection.

3. AGGREGATED INFORMATION

To evaluate the DAZN Service and ensure that we are providing content and DAZN Service of interest to you, we may collect and store aggregated, pseudonymized statistical information regarding how you use the DAZN Service and including but not limited to the following:

• The types of devices you use to view the DAZN Service;
• Behaviour on DAZN Service as you click around our website or application;
• Online and email marketing campaigns related to the DAZN Service;
• Types of content you view on DAZN Service, such as sports, competitors and tournaments;
• The name of your internet service provider;
• Any websites that referred you to the DAZN Service; and
• The time and date you view the DAZN Service.

4. COOKIES

We use Cookies, or technology similar to Cookies, in order to ensure the website functions properly and to improve your user experience. Cookies are usually a string of numbers and/or letters that a website transfers to your hard drive. The Cookies enable the DAZN Service to "remember" you, either for the duration of your visit (session Cookies) or for repeat visits (persistent Cookies). When we use tracking cookies, your data will be fully pseudonymized.

These Cookies enhance the functionality of our website by storing your preferences. For instance, they remember that you are signed into DAZN.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

To do this, we use pseudonomyzed data in Google Analytics. We use this data to improve DAZN for you and to make it easier for you to watch the content you like best.

Online behavioural Cookies
These Cookies store information about your behaviour online, such as your browsing history. For instance, they help us tailor event promos or autoplay events to your interests.

Third Party Cookies
We also use Cookies from advertising partners such as Google’s DoubleClick and Google Analytics for Display Advertising to serve relevant advertising to DAZN visitors around the web. For example, if you visit the DAZN website and then go to other websites, you may see targeted advertising about the events you watched on DAZN so that you know to come back for more of our content later. Managing your cookie settings
With the exception of the ‘Strictly Necessary Cookies’ or ‘Functionality cookies’ you shall have the right to opt out of the Cookies used on the DAZN website. To opt out of either Functionality or Performance or Online Behavioural Cookies, you will need to manage your preferences in your web browser or directly on your mobile or tablet device (see guidance below).

When using the mobile or tablet DAZN application you cannot opt out of cookies. DAZN does not use online behavioural or third-party cookies on these devices.

TV’s and Consoles
On these devices you cannot opt out of cookies. DAZN does not use online behavioural or third party cookies on these devices.

Turning off your cookies may mean that some areas of DAZN do not function in the same way or might not work at all (unless you re-enable cookies).

Subject to the applicable data protection laws, we reserve the right to access and disclose Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests or to protect ourselves or others. We may attempt to obtain your prior consent before disclosing the Personal Information, but, unless required by the applicable data protection law, we have no obligation to do so.

6. PARENTS & GUARDIANS

DAZN Service are general audience services. We do not knowingly collect and/or share Personal Information from children under the age of eighteen through the DAZN Service.

If, in the future, Perform Group actively collects Personal Information from children, it will do so in compliance with applicable law.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will provide notice to you of any such changes (including when they will take effect) in accordance with legal requirements. Your continued use of the DAZN Service after any such updates take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any updates to this Privacy Policy, you may cancel your use of the DAZN Service in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use. 8. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. We will not use or disclose Personal Information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without informing you and providing you with an opportunity to opt-out of these unrelated uses.
